In this situation it would have been useful and quicker if I'd been able to inform eSpares of the short delivery by telephone rather than having to rely on emails. The live chat assistant did not appear to be available either so that appraoch was out. Would have no hesitation in using eSpares again or recommending to others. Excellent service. Great prices.
