Changing from the trial version to your 6 month subscription should be easy. If Webroot was installed using the Best Buy download, simply open the software and click the Account tab at the upper right.

Your current trial key code will be listed. Click "Activate New Key Code" right below that and enter the key code that came with the 6 month subscription. The key code will be located under a peel off sticker on the back of the box. If your Best Buy key code is not accepted, you can uninstall Webroot, and then use the link in my Signature to obtain the Best Buy download that will accept your key code.

Don't forget to log into the account you already made to add the new key code. This is also pretty easy. Log into the account, then click your email address at the upper right. If I have installed the 14 day free trial about 3 days ago, should I un-install that free trial before installing the purchased version or will it just over write the trial software?
